    Default 1 week post-op

We are one week post-op and Julianna slept through the night last night until 7:45 this morning. YAY!!! I hope this isn't a one night thing. She seems to be back to normal and that just amazes me. She is eating, playing, pooping, and now sleeping. We go for her first post-op visit on July 9. Her left eye is still a bit swollen as is that side of her head. Dr. Kelly said that is to be expected because that is the side that he did all the work on. It looks different everyday. This week really went by fast. What a difference a week makes.

Wow, a week already! We are NINE weeks post op and even that is flying! Two months on the 9th. Wow.

I am glad Julianna is doing so well. I think some babies have more sleeping issues than others. We had tons of trouble after surgery #1, but after #2, Isaac started sleeping better than ever within just a few days! Good for you!

Good news all round then, Im sure she will come on in leaps and bounds now, Seths right eye still seems to be annoying him from time to time and seems a little bruised still, so dont worry too much.

Becky is one side of Seth's head still a little bigger than the other side? Our doctor said that he padded the left side, which was the closed side, to allow for head growth so that they will catch up with each other as it grows. He also said that it could take up to 6-8 more weeks for all of the swelling to go down.
