Thread: I have ..... type

    Default I have ..... type

I am trying to figure out the type of cranio.

My left side of my head is vertically (and with that horizontally :D) higher than my right side.

High forehead that moves towards the back of my head (unlike the lump and bump foreheads that I read a lot about here, which is a different type i understand).
It flattens, that is what its called i think.

Relatively wide head and the back of my head appears a bit to quick, especially on the right side, which makes, in combination with the forehead, my head a bit high top (+ ridgebridge on top). It gives a bit of an eggshape.

I think this decribes it quite well.

Maybe someone here can enlighten me what type i describe.

Would you be comfortable posting some head shots? Maybe one from the top of the head and some from each side. Seeing a picture helps a ton for us non-professionals

It may sound silly, but i have no clue how to upload such things lol.

I am not really comfortable with it tbh, but if someone is online and i post them, they get looked at and i remove them, than i guess its fine.

You can upload them on your profile page that way only member can see them OR you can make it so only friends can see the album.

Thanks, ill do uploading in near future.

I do have another question though.

Maybe i have plagiocephaly with brachycephaly, the 2 often occur together i read.
    http://www.plagiocephaly.info/faqs/w...giocephaly.htm
    http://www.faces-cranio.org/Disord/Cranio.htm
Not sure if i have it though, the forehead part is maybe right as well.

    The question:
Is anyone familiar with that condition?
As in, as adult or with your child.

Is there a treatment to make it more non-cranio?
Will probably differ for kids and adults.

Still need to wait more than a month before a plastic cranial surgeon will take a look.
    Kinda doing research until than.

EDIT: i probably have right coronal, which can cause a plagiocephaly.
