    Default Missed you all!!

    Hi everyone,
    I have been out of touch for so long with the support group. Last time i was on Timothy was schedule for his Sagittal surgery, which up to now they still haven't done....whole bunch of crap about his surgery being an elective one..and they have to deal with emergencies first.

    I went abroad for awhile, came back started a new job and still waiting for them to do Timmy's surgery. They have given us a new date of January 2, 2008, but i'm not holding my breath, as they always keep re-scheduling. But the good news is that Timothy is doing really well and hasn't shown any signs of developmental delays. Can't wait to catch up with everyone.

    Hi Annie,

    I wasn't on CranioKids when you were here before but I just wanted to say Hello. How frustrating to have to wait and get your surgery date bumped! I'm glad Timmy is doing well...what a cutie! When is he scheduled for surgery?...I assume January 2 is a typo.

    Welcome back!! We've missed you! When is the scheduled surgery date?? I think it is crazy that they have rescheduled you like that...I'd be frustrated, too.

    Hi, just wanted to say hi and wish you and your son the best of luck. I know how frustrating it is to wait for the surgery. We were originally scheduled for Dec 2007, and then found out in early November that it wouldn't be until Jan 2008. Our surgery was last week, and it almost got cancelled just as we were heading to the OR (they thought they wouldn't have an ICU bed for him after the surgery). Luckily, everything worked out and the surgery went ahead as scheduled - I don't think I could have handled another delay - at that point, I was just ready for Nicholas to have his surgery and make it to the "other side". I'm sure you feel the same way. I hope everything works out for you and Timothy's surgery goes ahead as planned. Please keep us posted.

    Welcome back. I don't know if I was here or not LOL My daughter's surgery was only bumped once, and rescheduled 4 days later so we were lucky but it was hard to get the time off work for my husband.

    Thanks for all the support and encouragement from all...and a special Welcome to all the new moms and their little Angels, who have joined recently.I'll be sure to keep u all posted on Timmy's surgery. Sorry for the typo ..it's actually should have re-scheduled for January 28th. Can't wait to cross over to the otherside
