Trouble sending pm's?
Since last night I have been trying to send a pm to a member who had surgery recently and another who has surgery coming soon and when I try to "submit" them it says I have too many saved messagesI tried deleting some and now have only 143 but that didn't work I still get the message. I thought with the new updates we were allowed to save 150 messages- has that changed? Anyone know why I am having this issue or can someone tell me how to fix it?

I took a look and I couldn't see anything out of the norm....I have not had any issues, but then again I only have about 20 pm's. Maybe katie can take a look, but I didn't see anything strange.

its happening to me too. I just erased all of my inbox messages and it was ok for 2 messages, but now its happening again. Janet, i tried to reply to you but I can't now.

I think I figured it out. At the bottom of the page, it says you are only allowed 100 stored messages, so I had to delete my sent box too. Now its fine.

Sorry about that, I meant to post an announcement. The limit was reduced to 100 so we do not exceed our allowed disc space on the server. Storage includes sent messages, so if you're still having trouble try deleting some of those. If you have important messages that you need to keep, PM files can be transferred to your computer.
Thanks for the info Katie! I was also deleting messages yesterday so I could send and receive more.

Second surgery suggested to correct a bump on the head and fill in soft spots.
