    Default New and concerned.

    Hi all,

Just joined, what a fantastic forum :)

I have for a long time looked at myself and thought something is not quite right. My face is long (prominent forehead) and not quite symmetrical. When I feel the top of my head I can feel the coronal ridge quite prominently and feels like my head dips slightly behind that making my head quite flat on top.I have been diagnosed with body Dysmorphic disorder, but I still am convinced something is wrong.

Can anyone help on whether this could be cranio of some kind? I am mid thirties now and starting to bald so very conscious of this now.

    Many thanks.

Would it possible to post a headshot? There are some great headpickers on here that could maybe give you some insight.

    Hello MPG,

If you want shoot me a pm with a pic. I have cranio and am pretty good at spotting it. It can be hard to tell from pics though sometimes so really the only way to be 100% sure is to go to a dr. that has experience with cranio.

Hope you stick around though and if you have any ?s feel free to ask. Im not on a lot but I check in every now and again.

    Best,
    Ry

    Hello MPG,
I just looked at your pics. From the looks of the pics you look to have a pretty normal shaped head. As always though the only real way to know is to have a good doctor look at it. Your hair covers a lot but from the looks of the pics every thing looks ok.
