    Default Cole's sagittal

    Wow,
we're one month post -op(CVR for a sag). All of the swelling is down for two weeks, and the shape of his head is amazing. 1st follow up appt yesterday- all's well. Big, Huge thanks to everyone at Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA. This hospital has it's stuff together (I'm in the health care field, and I can tell). We live the same distance to CHOP (Philly) and Hershey, and are soooo glad we chose Hershey. the decision to go there was mostly based on the fact that I wanted a neurosurgeion performing the surgery. Dr. Mark Dias did cole's surgery, nad was wonderful; but, I have heard his partner Dr. Iantosca is great too. Usually, when you are in the hospital for three days, you run into someone who rubs you the wrong way. Not here, everyone's actions just exude confidence and caring. I can't highly recommend Hershey enough, if you end up in our shoes.
Big thanks to everyone on these forums, too. Sometimes, it's hard to get into writing, but it was a big help to myself and my wife to pull up some of the threads, and read what others are going/ gone through, too.
All smiles here, and best wishes to everyone. Lewis
