Yesterday, we took our son Daniel for his one year post CVR control (it was actually 18 months since his operation). We were told by the neuro surgeon and plastic surgeon that everything was fine and they were really pleased wiht the results and how the reconstruction.... a big sigh of relief! Hi CK. As I promised in my previous Blog I have uploaded pictures of Daniel 1 year post CVR on my profile page. I am so proud of our little boy and very pleased with the outcome of his surgery

It was exactly one year and one day ago that Daniel underwent CVR for metopic. At the time it was so traumatic for our little son and also the whole family. Looking back at this now, Daniel has made a fantastic recovery and its hard to tell he has been through such a large and serious operation. I constantly amazed on how good the results and how strong Daniel has been. The support from Cranio kids has been fantastic and helped me through a difficult time.. so thank you CK!
