Eye Muscle Surgery

I brought Amanda to her eye doctor yesterday and he recommended that she needed surgery to correct the muscle that is why her eyes wander upward or sideways. It will require gen. anaesthesia though and an overnight stay in the hospital. I tentatively scheduled her for mid- November.
This I have to see because my daughter Bea (10 )called me to take a look at the halloween decoration she made on our window..hope its nice! Too bad we dont have pumpkins to carve here...HAPPY HALLOWEEN toyou all!

Joanna,

This is the surgery my daughter had twice and will need again. It is very easy surgery and she will be fine. She will have a blood shot eye and look like someone puched her but she'll be back to normal in a day or so. They will probably give you eyedrops to give her for a week or so. Try to do them..I know it will be hard (mine freaked when we would get the bottle out). But with the second eye we were adament (mispelled) about it and the eye looked so much better quicker.
