William had his 9 month check with the PS. The PN and PS alternate seeing him at his check-ups. He is doing great! Yeah! He has had a major growth spurt. He grew 4 inches since the surgery!
But, the PS said that his gaps are progressing slowly and he thinks that the bone will continue to fill in and not be a problem. He scheduled a 3D CT on 2/1 of next yr. at the one yr. mark. Of course, I am concerned about the gaps but he seems to think it is not a problem. I will be much more relieved once we see the scan and know for certain. Dr. Marcus also mentioned his metopic ridge but said it was within the normal range-UGH! To my eye, the top is getting a little more raised (but rounded) on the top of his forhead within the hair line. It did not bother me until he mentioned it! Now I am getting myself all worried again! LOL

I still think he looks great and I am holding off on any fears until the next scan. I am just more concerned about the gaps, but the doc said it was no problem even if it did not fill in any further. My mother heart does not agreee with him, I want solid diamond strength skull here!! :icon_mrgr

Well, just wanted to update everyone on our little guy! I gotta post some pics soon!

:hugg Thank you for the update! I know exactly how you feel with the worry. I notice everything about Dillon's head, and wonder all the time if I should call his NS at the slightest hint of any change. Seems like our journey is never ending sometimes! :pullhair I'm glad they scheduled a CT, I'll be praying that all is normal and some of your worries can be put to rest :hugg
