I don't know if this has been posted before, but I ran across this when I was looking up something else. There are very informative pics and pre-op post-op pictures, some are a little gruesome, so be warned.

Lisa, I think I have seen it before. The date on it is from 1997, did they even do endo back then???? Very good info though...thanks for posting it!
