I was wondering if anyone knows how to put the ct together. I have figured it out and I have just the slices of the whole 3D image. I am sure that all programs are different, but I thought maybe we could put our heads together.
I did get ahold of the nurse and she said that all looks great. Her brain is fine and everything looks normal for her condition.
I went and picked up the the Procrit shot today for tomorrow. I got to the counter of the pharmacy and asked if I really wanted to know how much it was $310.00 dallors. YAE!!!!! He said it was an $1800.00 dallor perscription for people that don't have insurance.
I did call our insurance and they said it will go toward our out of pocket for the year. So, I guess that either way I am paying it. It was just a BIG shock. I wasn't excepting that this week. Hopefully there is enough for all 3 injections.
As the weeks are winding down I am getting really nervous. Everytime I look at her I almost start to cry. I am sure I will get through. Thanks for the support.

Whoa, I would have fainted at the pharmacy counter over that! Is Miriam anemic, or is it precautionary?
As far as putting together the images to create the 3D version, I don't know how to do that off the top of my head. What program is the CT on? If it's the same program that Dillons are on, maybe I can play around with his and figure it out.

yikes! That much money per shot!!! Unbelievable. You'd need a good drug yourself just to cope with that one!

October 6th will come and go in no time - and until then, you are in my prayers. Big hugs to Miriam.

If anyone can help with the CD it will be Katie :giggle

WOW! $310- I would be passed out on the floor next to Katie if they told me that!!! (Though much better than $1800).

These next few weeks will go amazingly fast (and at sometimes, so, so slow)- But Oct 6th will be here before you know it......As you know, we're all here for you....keep leaning on us when you need to :hugg

Ok the only thing the program says is RSVS imaging. I hope that helps.

We got the Procrit shot today. Miriam seems to be handling it fine. In fact she didn't even cry when they gave it to her. I did find out that the $310.00 will cover all the injections. They are giving it to her to up the red blood count in hopes that they won't have to do a blood transfusion.

Thanks for everything. I love coming on the site and having something to read. Thanks for the laughs.
