Carson is DONE with his helmet!
(he has been since October 6th, I have just been slacking)

We were told the helmets would be 2000 dollars each
miraculously we only paid $300 for each helmet

We were told carson would need 4 to 5 helmets (costing 2000 each, OUCH)
Carson only had 3 helmets

We were told Carson would have to wear his helmet for a year, maybe even 18 months
Carson actually wore his helmet for 299 days, or almost 10 months

The helmet did a wonderful job
(it was supposed to make and keep his head round after surgery)
ILL POST BEFORE AND AFTER PICS REALLY SOON.....I PROMISE

We would of payed all the money for the helmets, we would of had him wear it for a full 18 months BUT we didnt have to.

How cool is that?

Love having two babies and NO helmets.
Love not answering all questions(although I really didn't mind).
Love not being starred (and even glared) at.
Love not taking it off, putting it on, cleaning it, carrying it, looking for it, traveling to get it, and paying for it.
Love not having a helmet.
Love seeing Carsons' cute face ALL day long.
and most of all
LOVE finally being able to actually kiss his little (round) head.

Amy, that's so AWESOME!!!!! Congrats to you and most especially Carson!!!

He did it in record time...very impressive. Can't wait to see the before and afters. He's SUCH a cutie, and so is his sis!

AWESOME!!! I know if must feel so good to have JUST your baby and no plastic attached to his head! LOL! The helmet did a great job on Carson, though!!
