Heads up for mods, supers, and admins

New users no longer need to be validated before they can post. They still have to activate their membership through email, but they will be able to post right away after that instead of waiting for an admins approval. This new version of VBulletin (it has something called human verification) seems to keep the spammers away, but I just wanted to let you know this so you can keep an eye out for spam just incase one slips through.
