Where is the rep button?

I think she said in her earlier post about chat being added to the toolbar that is was temporarily broken... :(

It's really, really borken. We think it's a glitch with VBulletins newest version. Erika is looking to find out the problem.

I hope when it's fixed someone shows me some love!

BTW, what do the numbers mean next to rep. power? If I have some special powers (as small as they may be) I'd love to know what they are!

I *think* it means how many poinsts your rep is worth each time you rep someone.
