Hi everyone i wanted to share with you some of my daughters journey so far.
It shows Grace moments after coming round from a cleft lip repair and from heart surgery so please only watch if you are ok with tubes, wires ect...

its funny you mention the name. when she was born we called her Summer Grace then 10 hours later decided she looked more like a Grace Summer. It confused a few doctors! lol
