The last line of this article (http://www.emedicine.com/neuro/topic80.htm) is interesting...

"The presence of multiple suture fusions strongly suggests a craniofacial syndrome, which frequently requires the diagnostic expertise of a pediatric geneticist."

I am continuing to search regularly for anything that says multiple suture cranio is not ALWAYS syndromic...thought some of you might find this interesting.

Have you guys had testing done yet.Other than multiple sutures does your little one have any other problems. My son is being tested for a syndrome as he is the 4th cranio baby in the family.

He doesn't seem to have any other problems...well, that's not true...his nipples are widely spaced...he has a straight line indent across the bottoms of his feet...his right baby toe tucks under his 4th toe...his ears are not even top to bottom or front to back...

He "passed" an initial round of testing...we go back to the geneticist in the spring to discuss whether we will continue with testing or not.
