On the day before Thanksgiving our daughter Riah now almost 6 months old was diagnosed as having Right Coronal Synostosis. Her crainio was caused by her brother, guess I forgot to mention that she is a twin! During the last 4 weeks of my pregnacy her head was kinda smushed in his rump. They were born five weeks early, we noticed a flat spot over her right eye, we gave it time but it never went away. Her surgey will be sometime next month. My husband and I were blessed with three great kids, a 6 year old son, and the twins. I will let everyone know when we have a date, I am trying to type while holding a baby!

Ahhhhh yes.....typing while holding baby...doing it now myself. You tend to leave out non-important words. Welcome to craniokids. You will find plenty of support here. There are a few coronal babies & Moms here.

welcome to Craniokids! I come here to craniokids only AFTER all three boys are in bed. One 9 month old and two preschoolers make getting ANY typing done at all impossible! LOL!
My son Quintin is metopic. Although he is not a twin, he was jammed up in my ribcage in Breech position until 39 weeks, which our surgeon thinks caused his metopic suture to close due to the outside pressure on his head from my ribs. Sounds like your daughter was the same with her brother!! Good luck! Let us know when you get a surgery date!
