It went very well as far as the scan itself, but we don't have the results yet. They actually let me in to the room while they sedated him, they never have before. I carried him back and as soon as he saw the white coats, he tensed up. When I tried to lay him on the CT bed, he was clinging to me so tight that when I let go of him, he was still attached to me. Poor little guy was scared. He threw a fit when they put the gas mask on, balled up his fists and screamed like it was the worst torture imaginable. It only took seconds before he was out, but his little fists were still balled up and they had to pry them open :sad
The recovery went excellent. He was waking up before they even got out of the CT room. He was very angry but calmed down as soon as I picked him up. He wasn't limp at all like he normally is, and we were out of there as soon as he was dressed!
I'm going to call monday to see if the report and films are ready for pick up.

Such a brave little man! That CT is a difficult thing! He'll probably have a fear of white lab coats now for a long time! Did you get the report and films today?
