Nicolas is almost 3 months post op and has been stumbling a lot in the last few days. He is tripping while running around the house, but not on toys or where floor surfaces change. He came home from daycare with a fresh bump on his lip and nose, but no one saw how it happened. He's almost 17 months old and has been walking since 11 months, so walking's not new to him.
Any thoughts or similar experiences with your cranio children? Thanks!

That is strange. The only thing I can think of is that is he maybe starting to run more? They trip alot when they first start running. Regarding anything cranio related, I am not sure.

It could be as simple as a growth spurt & he's (literally) tripping over his new feet.
An inner ear infection can sometimes affect balance but if he's not showing any other signs...?
As always, if it persists & still worries you, get him to the doctors. Better to go & find nothing, than not go & miss something.
All the best.

Have you had his vision checked? That could cause tripping.
