Helmet Way too big

my god this helmet business is barbaric!

can they not think of a better way of doing this?

argh..anyways..hayleigh just got her helmet a couple days ago..it does everything but fall off of her! its too big..where theres supposed to be pressure points there is none!! in fact theres no pressure anywhere. it moves around whenever she moves. this is insane. what is the point of wearing this when it just wabbles around like this???

anyone had same experience??

Ya we had the same promble with Autumn's. We had to go in every week, or twice a week to be refitted.
I hope this gets better for you. I know what your feeling I hate the helmet soemtimes to.
But it will get better

Gavin's wasn't too big but we had alot of concerns about the fit (it would never sit straight) and we also had to go in for adjustments. I had always thought that the helmet would be more precise and was always worried I had it too tight or not tight enough. Thankfully Gavin is done with his helmet (we stopped it a few days earlier than planned). Can you call your orthotist? I sent ours pictures of Gavin in his helmet over e-mail because I was so worried. It does seem barbaric but Gavin only wore his for about a month and it really did help. Just stick with it and don't be afraid to ask for as many adjustments as you need. Good luck
