I went to the link provided and it looked like they were based in Dallas. Is this only available for people who live in Dallas or is it everywhere? How do you go about getting your baby's helmet wrapped?

There are different locations throughout the country that support the organization. You can contact the office in Dallas and they will connect you with a place in your state that offers this service. I looked into this for my son's helmet but since he was in a clear helmet after his cranio surgery he unfortunately was unable to have it wrapped.
