My husband was born with sagittal cranio back in 1979. He has a straight scar from ear to ear, but aside from the scar, you'd never know. His appearance is totally normal. We had two children with no cranio, so we thought it must be some recessive gene that wouldn't show up in our family, until we had William. William was born with sagittal cranio as well. He had the endo surgery done, and we are in the midst of what seems to be an endless rollar coaster (those of you who have read my previous thread know what I'm talking about...) We don't know how all that will turn out. Sometimes it makes me wish we had just waited and done the CVR just as my husband had done. But, I can't go back now...just have to keep moving forward.
Anyway, just wanted to reach out and let others know that we are another parent/child cranio family. I'm anxious to reach the end of this journey with William because I know he's going to be just as handsome as Daddy! :)
