Because it's your baby!!! It's totally normal...I was scared for 6 months...we all know how you feel. I know you won't believe this right now because I didn't but honestly it is worse on the parents...the minute they open an eye after the swelling goes down they acted totally different, it was one of the best moments in my life and it'll be one of yours too. :hugg Hang in there Mommy!!!

Max will be right before Daniel and will help lead the way. My friend will be posting updates at thestatus.com--- patient name:kakuk ---password: kakuk1, if you want updates. I may have her post on here too, but I don't know.
I'm scared too. Fiona and Charlie have certainly made me feel better, but it's still so scarey. I know how freaked out you are. I am too. Let's get through this together.

Oh my goodness you have every reason to feel scared!!! It really is a big deal! I wanted to trade places with Kendall a thousand times over, I wish I could have!! Your feelings are totally normal, and you are going to be on a roller coaster these next few weeks. Not only will you be amazed with Daniel's strength, but I think you're going to surprise yourself as well. Big hugs to you, it will be O.K.:hugg

I am feeling the same way. Waiting for the surgery to get here and over with is hard, and it will get harder before it will get better. But it will get better. :huggs
