The CD they gave me is very detailed and has it's own system installed. I am still trying to figure it all out. But here are 2 'slices' that show her head shape and then I am attaching to videos of her scans. They did not do a 3D scan on her newest one though.....
Here is her head shape in August 2004 (before surgery) and her head shape as of March 2006:
