Webbed fingers and toes is one symptom of Saethre-Chotzen syndrome, but everyone with that syndrome has it. Neither me nor my daughter have webbed fingers or toes but we both have the syndrome. There is a blood test for Saethre Chotzen.

can you describe the toes a little more? All toes are just certain ones? Is this individual a single or multi cranio person?

Webbing of fingers and toes can be a sign of a craniosynostosis syndrome. There are numberous syndromes with that as a feature including Saethre-Chotzen Syndrome and Pfieffer Syndrome. It can be all fingers and toes, or just one or two.
Most cranio syndromes are inhereted, but can also happen with no family history.
Will you all be seeing a geneticist? A genetics Dr. could take a look at your little one and give you an opinion about weather or not it's syndromatic cranio, and tell you which syndrome he/she thinks it is if so. There are blood tests available for most syndromes to confirm diagnosis, but they can be pricey.
Heres a few links to information on some of the syndromes, but I'm honestly not sure which of these can happen spontaniously:
Pfieffer Syndrome (http://www.faces-cranio.org/Disord/Pfeiffer.htm)
Saethre-Chotzen Syndrome (http://www.faces-cranio.org/Disord/Saethre.htm)
Apert Syndrome (http://www.unitedhealthdirectory.com/aperts_syndrome-469.html)
Jackson Weiss Syndrome (http://children.webmd.com/Jackson-Weiss-Syndrome)

hi well she has multiple sutures fused- sag, coronal and lam.
the toes that r webbed are just the baby toes.
i'll take a pic and put it up...you cant even tell unless u try and seperate them (again...4th and fifth toe on each foot)..
genetic testing is being done apparently in about 5 months.

Multiple cranio is a syndrome. No matter what.
I am on a network with around 200 other parent's who each has a child with a cranio syndrome, Aperts, Pfeiffers, and Crouzons and out of all of us...atleast 98% of the children in the group have the syndrome from a gene mutation and not hereditary. My son being on of them.
I can give you any infor you need regarding these 3 'common' syndromes.

hmmm..i dont tink she has any of these 3 syndromes...would they not have diagnosed it right away? or would it not be obvious? i dunno..its so hard to even think about all this gene mutation stuff..
