whew, made it.....today is day 4....
surgery went terrific-slight problem with the second transfusion they thought-he started bleeding in his urine so the pulled it for testing...all is ok, bleeding stoped the next morning. He had slight fever day 2 and 3-that is why I have not updated til now...Nothing stopped him -he pulled out his -A line after an hour in ICU. He pulled out another line the next day, and his drain tube that night-what a fighter-but kept us all on our toes...
Heather-if I had not seen miriam's surgery photo's i don't think I would have made it thru day 3-he looked like yota and rocky balboa combined. Many thanks to you and Miriam.
He started opening one eye this morning-swelling subsided so much from yesterday.
I don't know how I could have gotten thru it if I hadn't learned so much here!!!
