GE Healthcare has a much higher-tech version of the CT scanner called the Light-Speed Volume Computed Tomography scanner. It is being used in hospitals here for diagnoses in cardiology, pulmonology, and colonography. It is faster and produces better image quality than the machines we know. I wonder if we will start seeing it for cranio diagnoses soon.

that would be great.
Were your doctors opinions of the surgery changed any by the CT scan? My doctor has seen sagittal so many times he didnt do one. I guess Jack is just a textbook case. He also said the infants can develop a malignency 1/1500 if exposed. I am glad to see advanced in our direction, I just wish we could advance the doctors sometimes too!!
