I'm wondering what I can get to put Lennon in post op that won't have to go over her head? It's super hot out here and she has been living in onsies, but I would like to stock up on something(s) that don't have to go over her head.
I can't think of anything for little girls that don't though...just the footie jammies, but it's way too hot for those.
Any ideas?

What size is she in? I have 7 or 8 onsies that button up. They are "built" like jammies but have short sleeves and button at the crotch. Her's are 3-6 month size, if they would work for you I can send them to you.

Awww, you're so sweet! I'm not sure if they would fit though...she's about 16 lbs and usually wears 6 month (or 9 month, though those are big on her). What brand are they? Maybe I can go and find them?

For Blake, I found a bunch of the Carters "Creepers". Basically, there are onesies that snap all the way up... instead of going over the head. I think that I might have a couple of 9ms onesies.. but they are boys. At this point in the season, your best bet for finding them probably would be a Carter's outlet or store.
Here's an example of it: http://www.beallsflorida.com/r/Carter_s_Cap_Sleeve_Cotton_Bodysuits_Newborn_Infan t_0_24M/product?styleid=143944&

Yeah, Sophie is 16 lbs now too and they are pretty small on her. I got them second hand from my sister. They are McDonald's brand (I've never seen it in a store). But they look like what Becky posted. I'll keep my eyes peeled when I'm out shopping. If I see them anywhere I'll let you know. They worked wonderfully!

Alex is a boy, but I found him a few button-up onsies at Target before his surgery. I also found some button-up rompers at JC Penny's which is like a onsie, except more like shorts. Girls always get the bigger selection, so hopefully you'll be able to find something. Also, if they only have one kind/design, get 2 or 3 of them. Good luck :)

Okay. I had some luck at Carters, and even more luck at Babies R Us. I also wanted to know if anyone's kids will be having surgery a month or so after mine and could use these clothes? They are girl's 9 month and I'd love to pass them on if anyone could use them when we're done.
They are mostly the "rompers" which are the onsies that button all the way up the front. I also found 5 plain white shirts that button down the side...so those could be for a boy too if anyone's interested!

Henry lives in these gymboree button up short pj's! I sent a few to Heather (Nezzy) for her son's surgery..They wash well and are so easy to get on them (he hates clothes over his head) anyway, they make them for girls also:
