Has any one ever heard of Jacobsen Syndrome??? After Elijah's cardiology apt. a few weeks ago they called me and said they believe he has this genetic thing, that his heart and his cranio and other problems are common with this syndrome. There isn't a lot of info from other parents out there because it's rare. So does anyone know anything??? :confused
